SALES & RETURNS
* All items other than clothing; including accessories such as jewelry, handbags, belts, and personal items such as bralettes, bodysuits, and shoes are FINAL SALE
* All sales and seasonal items are final sale.
* International orders are FINAL SALE at buyers full shipping cost.
* Once an item is "purchased" no refund will be issued - only store credit - even if item(s) have not shipped.
* Clothing can be returned within 5 days of recieving (Example: delivered on the 18th return needs to be in the mail by the 23rd)
* Clothing will only be accepted with tags on, non washed, nor worn. Item(s) received that has been worn or washed will not be accepted and will be returned at buyers cost.
* If eligible store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) minus an ($8/first class shipments or $10/priority) restocking fee. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive store credit sent out via email.
* Defective Item(s): must be claimed defective immediately - within 2 days of receiving (marked delivered), and sent back within 5 days of receiving to be eligible for replacement or store credit. With tags on and untampered with. If procedures are not followed, item is considered "wear and tear" and will not be eligible for replacement or store credit. Example: received on 9th must be claimed by 11th and in mail by 14th.
* No exchanges - buyer is responsible to make sure sizing is correct before ordering - once ordered we may not be able to switch sizing.
* Clothing color may be slightly different than picture due to lighting and monitor colors.
* Please read washing instructions upon receiving. Coyote Charm is not responsible for items that shrink after washing.
* We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your address is correct upon ordering. If package is sent back it will be at buyers cost to ship again
